Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information NoWorryDay ("we") collects on this website, how we use it, and who we share it with. NoWorryDay is not an insurance company, agency, or broker. We connect people who want short-term coverage with independently licensed insurance agents. Right now we only send requests to agents in Utah; requests from other states go on a waitlist.

Information we collect

• Coverage requests: the activity, state, city or area, dates, number of people, activity details you enter, your name, email, phone number, contact preferences, notes, and a record of the contact consent you gave (the consent wording, when you gave it, and the page you sent it from), and whether you joined the waitlist.
• Agent sign-ups: name, agency, email, phone, National Producer Number, resident state, licensed states, lines of authority, activity types, products, website, and the license attestation.
• Technical information: our hosting provider (Netlify) may log information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to run and secure the site. We don't use advertising trackers, analytics, or third-party fonts on this site. If that changes, we'll update this policy first.

How we use it

• To match your request with a licensed agent in your state and pass it to that agent.
• To contact you about your request, including to tell you if no agent is available, or, if you joined the waitlist, when your state opens.
• To verify agents' licenses and send agents requests they've signed up for.
• To prevent spam and abuse, and to comply with the law.

Who we share it with

• The one licensed agency matched to your request. We share your request with one agency licensed in your state, only after you check the consent box. That agency handles your information under its own privacy practices. Waitlist requests aren't shared with any agency until you agree again.
• Service providers that handle your information to run this site for us:
  • Netlify (netlify.com), which hosts the site and receives and stores form submissions;
  • FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which emails a copy of each request and sign-up to the NoWorryDay inbox;
  • Porkbun (porkbun.com), our domain provider, which forwards email sent to hello@noworryday.com; and
  • Google (Gmail), where the NoWorryDay inbox is kept.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of users and others.

We share your request only with the one licensed agency matched to it. We don't sell your information to data brokers or advertisers. If agents ever pay a fee to receive requests, we'll update this policy before that starts.

Your choices

• You can withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time by telling the agent or emailing us.
• You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@noworryday.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law.

How long we keep it

We delete request details 12 months after we receive them (waitlist requests: 12 months after your state opens or you ask to be removed, whichever comes first). We keep the consent record (the wording, the time, and the page) for up to 5 years so we can show we had permission. Agent sign-ups are kept while the agent is active and deleted after they leave, except as needed to meet legal obligations.

Security

We use reputable providers and limit who can see submissions, but no website can promise perfect security.

Children

This site is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
